Welcome to My India

Susan Flint Rajkumar I have lived in India for over a decade, and have called many other parts of this world my home. I mingle with people of many different religions, skin colors, educational backgrounds, and life experiences. And I am happy to call them my friends. At age fifty, I decided to change the course of my life by taking an art class. This has given me courage and inspiration to strive for the next half of my life, engaged in the unknown. I am a believer of the Good, and fight fiercely to maintain this in my life, to maintain wellness in all areas. My goal is to be healthy and productive in my upper years. My husband is a medical doctor who practices his traditional medicine along-side the western medical system. I write a blog, although I've felt limited with the things that I can write about at this time. For some time, I've been growing inside, making myself ready for a huge change. I believe that Good spiritual power heals, and I follow a very specific path to spiritual healing. This gives my life meaning.
Stay tuned in for our upcoming Sci-Fi book,  a cyber adventure that blends history with some wishful thinking!

I can taste and smell subtle nuances and replicate recipes effortlessly; all my life I have read cookbooks "for fun," tasti...

Let's Cook today! We are making a fusion food. Fusion food means that we are integrating two different cuisines, or fusing them together.  A food hybrid of sorts. Today we are cooking "Indo-Italian!" The following recipe is my favorite food to make when I begin to feel the "rice fatigue" of Indian food. I love rice, but sometimes eating rice two or three times a day for a Westerner can be too much. Today's fusion food is Pasta with Fish or Prawn Curry, which is a very rich and thick coconut s...
